My journey has not been easy, but it has been one of transformation, grace, and purpose.

For many years, I struggled with depression, low self-esteem, addiction, and the painful question of who I truly was. There were seasons when the weight of life felt unbearable, and I survived two suicide attempts. I spent four and a half years incarcerated, and while I was in prison, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of both of my parents to cancer.

After my release, I entered a halfway house and began rebuilding my life from the ground up. Like many people searching for hope, I loved God but often questioned whether God truly loved me because of my past and because of who I was. Sadly, there were people who reinforced that fear, making me believe I was beyond acceptance, beyond grace, and beyond redemption.

Then everything changed.

I came to understand that God's love is not earned by perfection—it is freely given. I realized that my past did not disqualify me from living a life of purpose. It prepared me to serve others with compassion, authenticity, and understanding.

Today, I stand as living proof that healing is possible.

Since beginning this new chapter, I have dedicated myself to lifelong learning and servant leadership. I earned my Associate of Science in Business Management in 2014, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Behavioral Science and Business Administration in 2018. In 2020, I completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Nonprofit Leadership. In 2026, I was deeply honored to receive an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism in recognition of my commitment to serving others, advocating for hope, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

Today, I am the owner of a successful legal support and field services agency, where I combine professionalism, integrity, and compassion to serve clients throughout the region.

I have also had the past privilege to serve as a licensed Therapeutic Foster Parent in the State of Alabama, providing stability, encouragement, and hope to young people who need it most. I was also blessed to not only be a graduate of the #1 Re-entry Agency in the world (cited by 2 sitting POTUS) but to be employed and work as the Director of Housing Services for the Dannon Project in Birmingham, Alabama under the leadership of my mentor and big sister Kerri Leslie Pruitt.

Every experience I have endured—the victories and the valleys—has shaped my calling. They have given me the ability to connect with people who feel forgotten, rejected, broken, or alone. Through this organization, my mission is to remind every person that their story is not over and that their past does not determine their future.

I believe every individual deserves dignity, love, belonging, and the opportunity to begin again.
